It is by no means only attractiveness that counts. “Personality, success and charisma are essential to get on our list of the most beautiful Swiss women.” Beatrice Egli (33) has plenty of everything – no wonder that in 2020 she catapulted from 28th to 1st place.

In 2021, however, the Schlager singer will lose out in the fight for the crown. The editors considered another one to be more worthy based on the criteria mentioned: Ski star Lara Gut-Behrami (30). “The fast Ticino woman gave us golden days at the World Ski Championships in Cortina, she was on the podium three times,” says the reasoning. “We lift Lara National onto the top step and say Grazie mille!”

Egli will also be able to cope with second place among million inhabitants. The paper also praised her achievement in scaling the Matterhorn in 2020.
