Nestled among jagged rock formations, dramatic mountainous landscapes, and verdant river valleys in and around the spiritual city of Sedona, the Sedona-Verde Valley Pride is an increasingly popular Gay Pride event serving all the Green Valley region, late September The event draws a ton of LGBT people from Sedona, the historic old mining town of Jerome, and Cottonwood among them. For that matter, many visitors come to the Sedona Gay Pride event from other Arizona cities with their own Pride festivals, such as Phoenix, Flagstaff and, with an event shortly thereafter in early October, Tucson.
Sedona-Verde Valley Gay Pride has traditionally taken place in late September, with events in Jerome, Cottonwood, and Sedona. Here’s a full calendar of Sedona / Valley Verde Pride events.
Details for Pride 2016 were not available at the time of this writing, and so far, we have not heard any of the details on Pride of Sedona this year. We will post information here if announcements are made regarding the future of this event.
