In an interview with the newspaper El País and, although the forecasts may vary because nothing is certain with the Covid, various experts give a date to the expansion of this variant, which in Catalonia, for example, continues to spread.
The month of July
The middle of the month of July is the possible date that they give based on certain statistical data that they have been applying throughout the pandemic. For example, Álex Arenas, a data physicist at the Rovira i Virgili University, predicts that this can happen in less than a month .
They are clear that in Catalonia it is expanding and this will reach the rest of Spain, so the Delta variant could be predominant in the middle of July.
More transmission
