However, its split has turned it into something else, a premium signature style designed for customers not just looking for speed. Hence, the launch of the 150 hp Cupra Formentor makes more sense than ever, especially in the financial and commercial aspect necessary to compete for the crown as Car of the Year 2021 . Of the Cupra Formentor we have already been able to test the variants available to date: the VZ with 310 hp and the plug-in hybrid VZ e-Hybrid with 245 hp . Both models share their youthful and digital essence but their price makes them not very accessible, something that is not the concern of Cupra but it does remain in its roots. With the 1.5-liter 150 hp Formentor TSI , they approach the customer who longs for their coupe bodywork halfway between the compact segment and the SUV.
