March is upon us and with it comes numerous worthwhile events to visit throughout the city. No matter what your interests are, from shopping to outdoor adventures, there is probably something in Toronto to keep you entertained this month. Here are eight events to consider in Toronto in March.

Toronto International Bike Show (March 4-6)

If your bike was in storage for the winter and you’re ready to come back in two weeks, head to the Toronto International Bike Show, one of many events taking place this month at Exhibition Place, this one at the Better Living Center. Try the latest bikes and e-bikes on a 2000 foot tour, browse bikes and accessories from over 175 exhibitors, watch bike demos and riding competitions, and more.

Toronto Vintage Clothing Show (March 5-6)

Anyone searching for vintage stores for one-of-a-kind pieces and hidden gems will want to visit the Toronto Vintage Clothing Show, Canada’s largest sale of vintage fashion. Shop for retro and vintage pieces including a great selection from the Fashion History Museum in the Queen Elizabeth Building at Exhibition Place.

Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival (March 3-13)

Kick off spring with some laughs with the help of the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival, showcasing the best of scripted comedy live over 11 days. Choose from more than 70 shows that take place in five locations around the city. In addition to the comedy sketches, there will be workshops, panels, and events during the festival.

Canada Blooms (March 11-20)

Get your flower arrangement after a long winter at this year’s Canada Blooms at the Enercare Center at Exhibition Place. Canada’s largest garden and flower festival will feature elaborate garden displays for serious green thumb inspiration, as well as vendors, seminars and demonstrations. Canada Blooms ranks alongside the National Home Show, so you can see both on the same day.

Sugar Beach Sugar Shack (12 y 13 de marzo)

This month you don’t have to head to Quebec to experience a traditional cabane à sucre (sugar shack) because there will be a sugar shack on the Toronto shoreline at Sugar Beach. The free event will feature snow maple chewy, skating, ice sculpture, hot chocolate, traditional French Canadian music and authentic Québec food.

Toronto Sportsman’s Show (March 16-20)

Outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy activities like fishing, hunting, and boating can head to the International Center for the five-day Toronto Sportsman’s Show. Sit down in seminars for tips from the pros, catch the West Coast Lumberjack Show, try to catch a fish in the trout pond, watch the Woof Jocks Canine All Stars, get up close and personal with wildlife, and much more.

Toronto Comicon (March 18-20)

Comicon returns once again with three packed days at the Metro Toronto Convention Center. The three-day event will feature celebrities (including Ernie Hudson, Bruce Greenwood, Robbie Amell, and the cast of Sailor Moon to name a few), autograph sessions, Q&A, workshops, seminars, cosplayers, retailers, and the opportunity to grab a photo with your favorite sci-fi, anime, horror and fantasy characters and celebrities.

Spring One of a Kind Show (del 23 al 27 de marzo)

March brings another opportunity to shop with the spring show One of a Kind, where you can explore local handmade products, courtesy of 450 artisans. Wherever you go, there is something interesting to buy (potentially), from furniture to jewelry to food and everything in between. The One of a Kind Show takes place at the Enercare Center at Exhibition Place.
