Norway is one of the most picturesque places in Europe and a sure destination on many people's wish lists. In addition to stunning landscapes with jaw-dropping views and spectacular scenery, this country is also home to a rich history spanning thousands of years and a unique culture.

Did you know that the longest road tunnel in the world is in Norway? It is the Lærdal tunnel. It is 15 miles long and cost about $ 110 million to build. The impressive tunnel connects the small communities of Lærdal and Aurland. Every 6 km there is a cave to separate sections of road and the lighting varies throughout the tunnel to break the routine of the passengers and provide a varied view.

One of our favorite corners, the western fjords, encompasses the largest concentration of fjords in the world. The famous Geirangerfjord is considered the most beautiful fjord in the world and is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Norway.

Did you know that there is a Norwegian town called "Hell"? Yes, its inhabitants can say that they live in Hell. It is a small town of just 1,500 inhabitants located a short distance from Trondheim International Airport and even has its own train station.

Nor can we forget that it is an excellent location to contemplate the Northern Lights. This amazing light show occurs when charged particles from the sun meet atoms in Earth's upper atmosphere, resulting in the release of photons (particles of light).
