Based on Kia’s advanced Global Electric Modular Platform (E-GMP), the EV6 GT’s performance and touring qualities set a benchmark in its category. Performance has been significantly increased over the standard EV6, thanks to the installation of a new high-performance rear drive with a remarkable 63% increase in total power over the rear engine of the normal version. The EV6 GT can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a blistering 3.5 seconds, making it Kia and Hyundai Motor Group’s fastest production vehicle to date. Its maximum speed reaches up to 260 km/h. Despite the improved potential of the crossover, the range reaches an impressive 424 km and can go from 10 to 80% charge in just 18 minutes .
In addition to brisk throttle response, the EV6 GT is also distinguished by enhanced stability and ride comfort, providing a rewarding and truly connected feeling with the road. High-performance brakes, optimized steering and a tuned suspension increase control and confidence.
