The most unforgettable Christmas was the first one I celebrated as a mother

I have always loved Christmas. My best childhood memories have taken place around this time, so these are dates that I really enjoy. I had never considered whether they could be better, but from the moment I found out I was pregnant (late November 2014), I live them even more intensely … and I would even say happier!

That end of the year was the beginning of everything special that would come later. I had a high-risk pregnancy, so all I asked of Santa Claus and the Kings is that my baby be born well … I visualized myself with him (or her), a year later and I knew that everything would change …

And everything changed …

Yes, in the end everything went well and Christmas, already released as a mother, has been the happiest of my life. My little miracle was with us and I was an accumulation of happiness … joy that spread to the family because I was the first granddaughter, and there is nothing comparable to that feeling of having a baby at home.

That gift that I always wanted was already in my arms, and I felt that I already had everything I wanted! It is true that these dates are for children … but that first Christmas, when they are babies, is completely ours : a time to enjoy it with all the senses, because it is one of the many things that will not return and that you will remember with nostalgia. .. and it won’t take long for that to happen.

They live their first times and you too!

I had never considered how parents live Christmas, and I have discovered that the emotion of gifts, of living the spirit of Christmas, preparing letters and enjoying everything that this season offers us, has taken on a new meaning. .

Since her first Christmas I have lived for the first few times (even since her little sister arrived, because each one is different), … I am happy seeing my girls hallucinate with the Christmas lights, we enjoy every second of this month in which we spend more time with our family, and I even get nervous again about the imminent arrival of Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men. This month I am turning into a girl again, and all thanks to my little ones.
