The Tax Administration Service (SAT) reported that it will extend service hours and spaces for taxpayers after the delay in face-to-face appointments caused by the pandemic.

In a statement, the agency explained that these measures are intended to facilitate compliance with the tax obligations of the deceased.

Now, the country's taxpayer service offices will serve legal entities on Fridays, from October 7 to December 30 of this year, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by appointment. .

The main procedures that taxpayers may carry out are the registration to the RFC, as well as the electronic signature (e.firma).

He also reported that the Mobile Office will be put into operation, a strategy that brings SAT services and procedures closer to areas far from the taxpayer service offices.

At first, the entities of Oaxaca, Quintana Roo, Sinaloa and Veracruz will be visited to serve individuals, mainly; in a second stage, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Cancún, Mérida, Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez and Mexico City for the care, preferably, of legal entities.
