The Tax Administration Service (SAT) announced this Friday that it will extend the services in the taxpayer attention offices for individuals in order to meet the needs of taxpayers to present their annual declaration for fiscal year 2020, as the deadline expires next May 31st.

The offices will be open next Saturday, May 22 and 29, from nine in the morning to two in the afternoon.

The procedures that will be provided by appointment are: e. Signature of individuals and e. Renewal and revocation signature of individuals, the tax authority reported in a statement.

Without the need for an appointment, the following procedures will be attended: printing of proof of fiscal situation; orientation for password processing through SAT ID, and assisted service in internet room.

“This measure is intended to support individuals who have not yet submitted their 2020 annual return and facilitate their voluntary compliance with this obligation,” reported the Mexican tax authority, led by Raquel Buenrostro.
