The current generation of consoles has been with us for a few years and fewer and fewer video games end up going on sale on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The next title that will not visit the old Microsoft and Sony consoles will be ‘The Walking Dead : A New Frontier ‘, as officially confirmed by Telltale Games.
The company has not explained the reasons for this decision, something that is partly surprising because the two previous seasons and the spin-off of ‘The Walking Dead’ were published on those two platforms . Still, don’t panic, games won’t be lost, and Telltale has offered a way to carry over progress .
For this to be possible, it is necessary to create a Telltale account and enable the option to save the games in the cloud , where the data of the second season of ‘The Walking Dead’ must be stored. Then it will be enough to connect with the same account in ‘The Walking Dead: A New Frontier’, download the game and that’s it. In addition, it can be done in any version , being able to transfer the information from a PlayStation 3 to an Xbox One, for example.
However, none of this is mandatory, since the game will continue to allow you to start the game from scratch and answer a questionnaire that will allow us to decide the events that have taken place in the previous episodes.
Thus, ‘The Walking Dead: A New Frontier’, the third season of the video game based on Robert Kirkman’s comic, will arrive on December 20 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and mobile devices. From the first day you can get its first two chapters , to start this new adventure full of zombies strong.
