On the occasion of World Mental Health Day that was celebrated on October 10, the Icelandic airline Icelandair published a ranking of the 20 most relaxing cities to live in.
For this, criteria such as air and light pollution, life expectancy , levels of traffic congestion were taken into account, all factors that greatly influence our mood and psychophysical health. First is the Norwegian city of Bergen , surrounded by mountains and fjords, with little traffic , little pollution and a life expectancy of more than 83 years . A jewel of 270 thousand inhabitants , very quiet although perhaps a little expensive, if we take into account the average income of a Spaniard.
Second , thanks also to its Kings Park (one of the largest urban parks in the world), we find Perth , a city on the Australian west coast.
