Obviously, the instability that prevails today according to which countries can change the plans of Dorna and the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) , and the scheduled route time, which should be known this week. However, there are several dates that have already been made official, such as the Portuguese Grand Prix, which will open the course on March 26, at the Portimão circuit. From there, and in what will be the first great logistical challenge, the paddock will travel the following weekend to Argentina , where Termas de Río Hondo will host the second stop on the calendar.
Fifteen days later it will be run in Austin (April 16), before the caravan returns to Europe. Once there, it should go through Jerez (April 30), Le Mans (May 14), Aragón (May 28), Mugello (June 4), Sachsenring (June 18) and Assen (June 25). The first Grand Prix of Kazakhstan would be held immediately afterwards, on the weekend of July 9, which will be the last test before the summer break. In any case, the proximity that exists between the country and the conflict zone between Ukraine and Russia , makes it necessary to place a question mark in this event.
Regardless of that, the first race after the holidays will be at Silverstone, which has already announced August 6 as the confirmed date. On the 20th of that same month, the Spielberg Red Bull Ring will host the Austrian Grand Prix , while the Catalunya Grand Prix in Montmeló (September 3) will be delayed several months compared to the last editions.
With no time to relax, the trucks will travel by road to San Marino (September 10), before facing an Asian tour that will end up blowing whoever makes it whole.
To begin with, a triplet formed by Malaysia (September 24), Japan (October 1) and Australia (October 9). After a one-week break, Buriram (October 22) and Mandalika (October 29) will precede the penultimate appointment, in Qatar , on November 12, before Cheste (Valencia), as usual, puts the lock, on November 19, to the longest championship in history, with 21 grand prix in total.
