The only team with concessions has been seen in its entirety on this third and last day of shakedown, with the presence of Aleix Espargaró and Maverick Viñales on a day where they have tried to collect as much information about the RS-GP.

On his second day of shakedown, Maverick Viñales has completed a total of 45 laps and has signed a time of 1:58:942, which places him as the leader on Wednesday. His Aprilia teammate, Aleix Espargaró, completed three more laps with a best time of 1:59:086, following him on the time sheet.

The Tech3 duo formed by Raúl Fernández and Remy Gardner finished Wednesday with a computation of 83 laps. The driver from Madrid, leader of the first day of shakedown, had to settle for a third place on the time sheet. His partner, who has a recent wrist injury after suffering an accident while training motocross two weeks ago, followed him in sixth on Wednesday’s list.

On the other hand, Mooney VR46 Racing Team driver and best rookie on Tuesday, Marco Bezzecchi, completed a total of 48 laps at Sepang, finishing Wednesday ahead of the fifth fastest driver of the day, Michele Pirro.

Representing Ducati , Pirro once again played an important role during the shakedown, leaving a best time of 1:59:805 and placing fifth on the time sheet. The tester had up to four different prototypes at his disposal and concluded the shakedown with very good references for the Borgo Panigale factory.

Stefan Bradl has also broken the 40-lap barrier. The German test rider entered his second day on the RC213V with a seventh place finish at the Sepang shakedown. These records, added to the information collected in Jerez last week, place the Repsol Honda Team as one of the most active teams during the MotoGP preseason.

Sylvain Guintoli has established himself as one of the most active shakedown drivers. However, it has not been as constant as it was during Monday and Tuesday. On the GSX-RR Guintoli has managed to complete a total of 27 laps, passing the baton as the most regular rider on Wednesday to his Suzuki team-mate, Takuya Tsuda, who has signed a computation of 53 laps during this last day of shakedown, despite finish with the slowest entry on the time sheet.

Moto3 newcomer Darryn Binder finished ninth on his third and final day of shakedown at Sepang. Brad Binder’s brother closes his first shakedown with three days full of information to put to the test during the first official pre-season tests.

Although the name of Dani Pedrosa could not be seen on the time sheet, images have shown that the former MotoGP rider and current KTM tester has ridden these days alongside Mika Kallio, holding 11th and 12th place on the time sheet. Wednesday times.

Finally, representing the Iwata brand were, as usual during the test day for rookies and testers, the records of the anonymous Yamaha Test 1 and Yamaha Test 2, identities divided between Katsuyuki Nakasuga, Kohta Nozane and Cal Crutchlow .

Due to his absence on Tuesday and Wednesday, Fabio Di Giannantonio has only had the opportunity to complete 38 laps. The reason for this drop refers to gastroenteritis, from which the Gresini rider is currently recovering ahead of the first official pre-season tests, called at the Sepang International Circuit this Saturday and Sunday.
