ViX, the Televisa and Univisión platform that targets the Hispanic market

Televisa and Univisión will launch their new ViX streaming platform on March 31 with 300,000 hours of content, from newscasts and iconic Televisa soap operas, to exclusive series and the Qatar 2022 World Cup. With this content offer, companies will seek a slice of a global market of 600 million Spanish-speaking people.

"Today, both companies reach 100 million people. We have potential with the Spanish language," said Pierlugi Gazzolo, chief transformation officer of TelevisaUnivision.

The ViX streaming platform will have two access modes: one free and the other Premium, which requires a subscription payment and will give access to exclusive content.
