Currently, many citizens of many national states, especially young people, go to other countries in search of job or business opportunities that they cannot find in their own . Well, according to a study carried out by the HSBC Holding bank, the best country to live in as a foreigner is Switzerland , followed by Germany and Sweden. Six countries in the top ten are European (in addition to those mentioned, Norway, Austria and the United Kingdom).

They are joined in the top ten by the United Arab Emirates (4th), Singapore (6th, although it was the first in the previous edition of this classification), Hong Kong (8th) and Bahrain (10th). The ranking is based on an online survey of 28,000 foreign employees from a hundred countries who are asked about issues such as salary, quality of life, job security and ease of making friends . The Swiss country is the absolute leader in salaries ($ 188,275 on average per year), almost double the global average. It is followed by Hong Kong ($ 169,756), India ($ 145,057), Singapore ($ 138,641) and China ($ 134,093).

Another strong point of Switzerland, whose capital, Bern, appears in the image, is the reconciliation between work and family life – two out of three people answered that this aspect of their existence had improved significantly since they settled there – although the side The negative is that it is not easy to make friends or have a social life. Germany leads in job security, and Sweden in work-life balance .

India is a good destination to advance professionally, start a business or achieve long-term financial goals, while Singapore and Hong Kong offer excellent career prospects. Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates do well in the benefits package section, which includes health insurance, accommodation and airfare to visit the country of origin. Of course, the survey does not take into account factors such as respect for human rights or gender equality , where some of these countries would not do well.
