What time is Saudi Arabia F1 practice and how to watch it

This Friday, March 25, the 2022 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix kicks off with the first two free practice sessions (FP1, FP2) at the Jeddah street circuit.

And this is all you need to know.

We remind you that each free practice session is one hour (60 minutes) and serves as practice for the rest of the weekend. Here teams can test as many parts as they want (Alpine confirmed they will be running some new items for Friday only) looking for the right car set-up for qualifying and race.

After FP1 was played during the day, FP2, also one hour, will be at night (at 8:00 p.m. in Saudi Arabia), under the floodlights and artificial lights of the circuit, at the same time that the classification will be played and the race.

In Spain, Formula 1 in 2022 (as in recent seasons) can only be seen on DAZN, which this year will have a price of 12.99 euros per month or 129.99 euros per year, which not only allows you to follow F1, but also MotoGP and other sports such as some soccer championships, tennis, cycling and much more. In addition, since the content is saved on the platform, you can see it repeated over and over again.

On DAZN F1, the broadcast of Free Practice 2 will start 15 minutes earlier with the preview, at 5:45 p.m. In addition, you can see them repeated at 02:15 in the morning from Friday to Saturday (FP1) and at 03:30 in FP2.

In Latin America, as you already know, this F1 2022 is followed in different ways depending on the country. This year in Mexico Formula 1 is seen through FOX Sports Mexico , while in the rest of the countries it is followed by ESPN and through Star + and in Chile also on FOX Sports (different from Fox Sports Mexico)

Also, be careful, because in Latin America you do have the option of contracting F1 TV , the paid service of Formula 1 itself where you can see everything without ads, although in English. This option is still not available in Spain.

In addition, of course, we have to recommend that you follow both the free sessions from our website, Motorsport.com, in our live broadcast where we will tell you absolutely everything that happens in Jeddah.
