Despite the fact that the fourth round of the 2022 Formula 1 season was held in Imola, the single-seaters had to travel to Miami to complete one more race outside the old continent before landing in Spain , where they have officially started the European tour.
After the first two free practice sessions on Friday, in which the teams tested a host of upgrades, this Saturday 21 May will be the first day of real fire at the 2022 Spanish Grand Prix, at which point everyone will discover if they have really managed to take a step forward or if they remain in the same dynamic.
At 1:00 p.m. in Spain, the third free practice sessions (FP3) will be held, which will be at 6 a.m. in Mexico or 8 a.m. in Argentina.
After a weekend with unusual schedules in American lands, Formula 1 returns to its typical time slots at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya with a classification that will kick off at 4:00 p.m. (local time).

That little delay of one hour is positive for Latin America, as they won’t have to get up as early as they usually do in European races. The signal on DAZN will start at 3:00 p.m., one hour before the qualifying session, although on Telecinco, at least in 2021, they rush more. Once concluded, the DAZN programming also has a post program, which will last about 30 minutes due to the Formula 2 race (5:35 p.m.).
