Rafael Nadal is not human. The Spaniard has long proved to be from another planet and this Sunday he demonstrated it again. After winning his second Australian Open after five hours and 24 minutes of play, the man from Manacor went to the gym to do some stationary cycling.
Hi, my name is @RafaelNadal, I'm 35 years old, I've played almost 5 and a half hours to win a Grand Slam final and now I'm going to ride a bike for a while 🤪#AusOpen #LaCasaDelTenis pic.twitter.com/aoBX2tyrIL

At 35 years old and despite being physically dead, Nadal got on the stationary bike to recover after a hellish battle against Medvedev. Any human being would have dedicated himself to resting but Rafa is not from this planet and took the opportunity to exercise following the instructions of his physical trainer. The images went viral on social networks and the followers were amazed at the winner of 21 Grand Slams.
The reason he got on the bike was to ride for half an hour so that the blood circulates through the body and thus speed up physical recovery. When pedaling, Nadal relaxes the muscles after a great effort.
