Why does the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine feel worse?

Fever, headaches, fatigue, and pain in the arm (where the vaccine was injected) are the most common side effects of COVID-19 vaccines , as experienced by millions of people around the world.

Although the data show that there are likely to be fewer side effects with the booster vaccine, the truth is that this first booster vaccine is causing a series of problems for those immunized , since they are feeling quite palpable side effects, including high fever, an enormous tiredness and other affections .

Doctors recommend, in this case, taking paracetamol or ibuprofen for at least two days, to combat these side effects caused by the booster vaccine that are usually noticed within hours.

Despite these side effects, which, on the other hand, are completely normal and positive in our body and show that the body is reacting quickly and efficiently thanks to previous vaccinations , it must be emphasized that it is a new example of the effectiveness of vaccines, which will reduce the severity with which the coronavirus impacts those infected, among other things, especially taking into account the Omicron variant, which is the dominant one at the moment and is characterized by its high transmissibility. Research suggests that receiving a booster dose may lower the risk of infection and severe illness with COVID-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend additional doses and booster doses of COVID-19 vaccines in specific cases.

The Public Health Commission agreed to shorten from six to five months the interval to put the reinforcement after the complete guideline.

Let us remember that the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned these days that with Omicron the pandemic is not over and that “this pandemic is far from over”.
