Formula 1 will receive the new technical regulations with open arms in the 2022 season in the hope of seeing much more action on the track and ending the problems of the past to overtake. All the teams are working on creating the best car possible, and some dare to show their fans how they would look before their official presentations.

Williams posted a tweet on his official account where he combined the look of the cars from the upcoming campaign with the colors of 2021 . The result is a spectacular render where you can begin to see what the next generation of Formula 1 cars will be like.

The Grove team played with the livery it used last year and adapted it to the new aerodynamic shapes of the regulation, with front wings with fewer appendages, a more stylized body, the aforementioned hubcaps and the rear wing with a curved design.

Williams hasn’t been the only outfit to start hinting at what the cars will look like in 2022, as Mercedes posted an image on January 1 showing a dark car with a star badge on the nose and halo, although they did not confirm the final color, which is speculated to be silver.

Another team that gave its fans a taste of the 2022 single-seaters was AlphaTauri. Those from Faenza published a video in which a car adapted to the new regulations was seen, but with an old decoration, as Williams has done.

We will have to wait until next February 23, when the teams put the 2022 cars on the track for the first time in the pre-season tests in Barcelona, although the official presentations are very likely to start in the first or second week of next month. .
