These events seldom happen and that is why you have to be attentive to any news. Microsoft has just made the official presentation of Windows 11, the future version of its operating system . Of course, the American company has not left aside one of its most important assets: video games.

That is why with Windows 11 Auto HDR will be activated for games created in DirectX11 or higher. This is a feature already present on Xbox Series X / S consoles and will be available soon. This will automatically add visual enhancements , such as a wider range of brightness and colors, adding a sense of richness and depth to the image. Until now, SDR was the standard feature for titles.

On the other hand, we have that DirectStorage, one of the features of the new Microsoft consoles, will be present in Windows 11. This means that the system will be able to load the assets at much higher speed to the graphics card and significantly reducing the loading times.

Finally, Xbox Game Pass will be, of course, integrated with your PC application for Windows 11. As you well know, with a subscription to the service we can access a multitude of games in the catalog. As recently announced, Xbox Cloud Gaming will allow you to play titles from the cloud through the application itself or a browser , expanding the possibilities.

Windows 11 will be released later this year and will be a free update for all Windows 10 users.
