If your imagination has started to run wild with a picture of Las Vegas nightlife, you’ve probably come up with something like XS Nightclub at Encore Las Vegas. XS is about excess, elegance is everywhere and opulence is what turns your night into a decadent Las Vegas nightlife affair. Take a seat in the poolside lounge or get bottle service inside and take a look at the scene around you, which is Las Vegas.
Approach a group of women and they will treat you very well. A large group of guys will come in, but it may take longer than you think it should. It doesn’t make sense, but as with most Las Vegas nightclubs, when it gets crowded XS will have a line, so find the right mix of people to help you advance in line. Calling ahead to make reservations always helps, and getting to the club early is a great way to avoid a long line.
Start the evening at Costa Di Mare to enjoy fresh seafood in a romantic setting, or head to Lakeside or SW Steakhouse for a meal by the Lake of Dreams. A Las Vegas night should start with drinks at Parasol Down before the nightclub becomes the main attraction. Everything about this resort is luxurious, so be sure to keep that in mind when planning a visit to XS Nightclub.

Dress code
You need to look good in XS because they all seem to look great. The official line is’ Strictly Enforced Dress Code. No hats, oversized jeans, baggy clothing, or sportswear. ” What that means is that you should dress like you want to meet someone, even if you don’t. You will notice that women will be wearing short skirts, fitted tops, and high heels that may or may not remain at the end of the night (the shoes).
Men, you will need a fashionable outfit but don’t get too obsessed with it. Dark jeans and a nice shirt. If you walk in with a coat and tie, they will let you in, but you will look like one of the guys at the door. If you try to get in with that outfit that you think is cool, you know, the lowering pants and that favorite smart shirt that you love to wear, you’ll probably be asked to stand at the end of the line.
How is it
You will notice the endless tables and sofas with “reserved” on them. Bottle service is huge at XS in Encore, but there are some seating areas and tables that don’t require a reservation at the pool. The outdoor area has a bit more of an outdoor vibe reminiscent of South Beach nightlife, while the spacious indoor area is so nice that you hardly want to sit on the furniture. All the servers are incredibly attractive and having a drink at the bar is an exercise in your ability to be very pushy or extremely charming.

Advice
If you have the money to live it, get a table at XS Encore Las Vegas and split the cost between four friends. It’s a fun experience and you get a better view of the club and the sponsors. The dance floor can get crowded, but that’s part of the fun.
Have an early dinner at one of Wynn’s restaurants and get the night off to a good start. At the end of your meal, ask the server if they can take you to the club. You might be surprised at how good the customer service is at Wynn / Encore as they try to keep their customers happy. Dinner and a disco is the way to go in Las Vegas. Other dining options include SW Steakhouse, Lakeside at Wynn, and Country Club New American Steakhouse
