British royals cavort on the red carpet at the world premiere of the new Bond film. Duchess Kate attracts everyone’s attention.
London – Many James Bond fans have been waiting a long time for this evening: the world premiere of the 25th film, “No Time to Die”. One guest of honor attracted a lot of attention: Duchess Kate.
Prince William’s wife wore a floor-length gold cape dress that was trimmed all over with sequins and sparkled in the headlights.
According to media reports, it is the work of Kate’s favorite designer, Jenny Packham. A similar dress by the designer without a cape was still available online in the evening for 2,800 pounds (around 3,200 euros). The 39-year-old Duchess of Cambridge wore her hair pinned up to the low-cut dress, which was slightly transparent on the legs, and gold earrings and shoes.
TV presenter and fashion designer Guido Maria Kretschmer (“Shopping Queen”) commented on RTL from the red carpet: “I think that’s a good statement to show the world that I’m going to be queen, it will come.”
Kate’s husband, Prince William, is in second place in the British line of succession, behind his 72-year-old father. He was also invited with his wife, Duchess Camilla. The four royal guests were welcomed by the producer duo Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson and then spoke to Bond lead actor Daniel Craig. dpa
