Firing employees is no fun. However, it even makes one Ohio CEO cry. He shares a crying picture of himself on LinkedIn.

Braden Wallake is CEO of marketing agency HyperSocial, which also specializes in LinkedIn campaigns. He posted a selfie of himself on August 10 in which he appears to be crying bitterly. What happened? The 32-year-old had to lay off some employees – so he writes in the text that accompanies his tearful selfie. Precisely because he selects his employees based on personality, being fired is the “worst” moment he can imagine.
