Cologne – Another important step in Cologne Carnival* has been taken: On Tuesday, Karl-Josef Laumann*, Health Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia*, informed about the new Corona Protection Ordinance. And it also regulates how carnival 2022 can be celebrated despite Corona. Protection zones can be set up in cities such as Cologne* or Düsseldorf*.
