According to the Asian company, the arrival of this service to the country is part of its expansion plan in Latin America.

“We have a presence in more than 15 countries and we mediate millions of requests a day. This has allowed us, using tools such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to identify consumption patterns and adapt our platform to the real needs of restaurants, users and delivery partners in Colombia, ”said Carlos Contreras, senior communications manager at Didi for the country.

Along these lines, Contreras highlighted that the platform offers easily adaptable menus, personalized attention and permanent accompaniment to restaurants. As for the delivery men, he affirms that they will open spaces “for socialization and co-creation” with them to promote their activity and generate safe contexts.
