The Ministry of Health has approved together with the rest of the autonomous communities a package of measures for de-escalation that fully affects the hotel industry and nightlife. Among the impositions that the Government wants to implement is the obligation that bars and restaurants close at 1 in the morning and prohibit smoking in outdoor spaces when two meters away are not kept until 70% of the population and all those over 50 years of age are fully immunized Low Risk: cumulative incidence of less than 50 cases In the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands, bars and restaurants will have a capacity limited to 50% indoors with the possibility of an increase of 10% if measures are applied that ensure ventilation and air quality control. Bar service and consumption are allowed, maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters. The limit of the tables is six people indoors and 10 outdoors. The closing time will be at 1:00 a.m. and it will stop serving at 00:00 a.m. As for nightlife, the indoor capacity is limited to 50%, with 100% of the space allowed on the terrace with a separation of 1 , 5 meters between the different tables. The tables will have a limit of six people indoors and 10 outdoors and consumption will be done sitting at them. The closing time of these establishments will be at 3 a.m. at the latest and records will be established to guarantee the possible detection of a case Medium Risk: cumulative incidence of less than 150 cases Galicia, Murcia, Extremadura, Catalonia, Navarra, Castilla y León, Castilla la Mancha, Cantabria, Canarias and Asturias are at medium risk. The restaurant is limited to a third the capacity indoors. Outdoors, 75% maximum and six people per table.In the case of nightlife, the indoor capacity is limited to one third, with 100% of the space allowed on the terrace with a separation of 1.5 meters between the different tables. The closing hours of these establishments will be at the latest at 2.00 and records will be established to guarantee the possible detection of a case.High risk: accumulated incidence of less than 250 cases Andalusia, Madrid, the Basque Country, Aragón and La Rioja, the closure of interiors in bars and restaurants. On terraces the maximum capacity will be 75% and six people per table.
