It's real: Farmacias del Ahorro becomes a new HSBC correspondent and will serve from 7am to 10pm

HSBC signed an alliance with Farmacias del Ahorro so that it works as a correspondent and its clients can make deposits.

“Subject to authorization from the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the accession of Farmacias del Ahorro raises the number of banking correspondents of HSBC Mexico to five, which means the provision of more than 25,000 points in the country where they can be made. different banking services related to the bank,” the bank said in a statement on Wednesday.

In Farmacias del Ahorro credit card payments from HSBC Mexico and cash deposits to accounts will be received. Those interested will only have to provide the 16 digits of the HSBC credit card they wish to pay or the number of the debit card to which they wish to deposit.

The hours of operation will be from 7 in the morning to 10 at night and a commission of 7 pesos per transaction will be charged.

Who are the HSBC correspondents?

The five banking correspondents of HSBC Mexico are: Farmacias del Ahorro, Soriana, Chedraui, Telecomm Telégrafos and Oxxo.

The locations of the different establishments of the banking correspondents with which HSBC works, as well as the applicable commissions in the different operations can be consulted.
