Portugal has reported that Joao Cancelo has tested positive for coronavirus and falls from the call to play Euro 2020. Diogo Dalot , Manchester United footballer, on loan at Milan, will be the substitute for the right back of the Portuguese team.
The European Championship is about to start for Portugal and the team led by Fernando Santos has had bad news. The Manchester City right back Joao Cancelo has tested positive in the antigen test and subsequent PCR that the squad was performed.
This means that one of the starting players of the Portuguese team has to leave the concentration to avoid an outbreak. In addition, Fernando Santos has decided not to wait for the footballer and call Diogo Dalot to take his place during the European Championship .
