After a 17-year-old attacked people on a train with an ax and injured a family from Hong Kong, the training content was checked and adjusted, the police said on request from the dpa. The protective equipment had also been modified, it was said from the police headquarters.

The IS terrorist network claimed the attack on a train near Würzburg. The act is considered the first IS attack on German soil. Almost five years later there was a knife attack in Würzburg around two weeks ago. A Somali stabbed three women and injured several people, some seriously.
