It seems that Rockstar got the batteries with Red Dead Redemption 2 in terms of pampering the details, but the truth is that this comes a long way, having in GTA V another of the works that has taken care of the most, until the about to touch the sick (in a good way) with things that we never thought could be carried out inside a sandbox . Not even in small worlds.
We are talking about bringing realistic details to the world of video games. This isn’t just about the typical stuff like popping balloons with gunshots. We are talking about details that go further and that for the most part seem insignificant or can be overlooked until you discover that surprise.
Thanks to Zynxize we can see the most striking: from that sweaty shirt after walking around the city when the sun hits the sun to seeing how the puddles dry after a few hours, passing through others no less surprising for their realism, such as the loss of gasoline in the car after shooting the tank .
There are other horny and / or curious, such as the reactions of the trio of protagonists if they are chased from behind or when we enter their houses, or the possibility of being able to call any phone number that is announced by Los Santos. Even two seemingly insignificant details have surprised me: that not all vehicles park the same (because in real life nobody parks the same) or that the tonality of the image changes when using first-person view if we wear glasses with some type of sun protection . Brutal.
Although if we talk about realism, how can we forget the photorealistic video generated with artificial intelligence that fascinated us last May? Insane, huh.
