On the occasion of the fifth birthday of her son Prince Liam of Nassau, Princess Claire of Luxembourg grants one of the rare glimpses into the family album.

Prince Félix of Luxembourg (37) and Claire Lademacher (36), who was born in Hesse, have had baby Liam (5) after their daughter Amalia (7), who is now celebrating his fifth birthday. He looks happy. Prince Liam von Nassau apparently couldn’t wait to take a look at his birthday table and was still in his pajamas on his way. Princess Claire got ahead of him and has prepared everything that makes a freshly baked five-year-old happy: a sweet heart-shaped cake with a gummy bear and smarties topping, nicely wrapped birthday parcels and a huge, inflatable, glittering five dangling from the ceiling.
On the snapshot that the bioethicist shares on her Instagram account, next to the beaming Liam, his big sister Amalia can also be seen. In a second picture on the happy occasion, Prince Liam blows out his birthday candle with all his might.
The day before, Princess Claire had also announced the birthday of her sunshine with a post. On Prince Félix’s arm, mom on the left and dad on the right have him in their midst and they all three smile happily at the camera. “Tomorrow this handsome little prince will be a birthday boy,” wrote the proud mother.
