There are surprising baby news to be announced from the Spanish royal family. Queen Letizia can look forward to a new addition to the family.

Madrid – Queen Letizia (48) has probably already finished planning the baby, but she can now welcome a new family member. The Spanish regent has become an aunt again.

Letizia’s sister Telma Ortiz became a mother again at the age of 47. According to media reports, she is said to have recently given birth to her second child, a girl. The name of the offspring is not known. Queen Letizia’s niece was born in a Madrid hospital, according to the Spanish radio station esRadio.

The little ones are fathered by the Irish lawyer Robert Gavin Bonnar, with whom Ortiz has been in a relationship for several years. It is the couple’s first child together. From previous relationships, the new parents already have two daughters and a son who are the same age as Letizia’s daughters, Crown Princess Leonor (15) and Princess Sofía (14). Bonnar was previously married to the Irish musician Sharon Corr (51), and they have a fifteen-year-old son and a fourteen-year-old daughter. Telma Ortiz was with the lawyer Enrique Martín Llopis from 2005 to 2010, their daughter Amanda (13) was born in 2008.
