Facing the “reorganization” of routines when a couple has separated and has children is quite a difficult task. This application has different sections and functionalities to make life easier for parents . Through it you can share data (such as the phone numbers of the pediatrician or our son’s friends), calendar, store agreements reached, extracurricular and vacation periods.
It also includes an expenses section, where we can organize and manage both recurring and extraordinary expenses, and changes can also be made to the agenda thanks to the change request option.

This free app offers us a shared online agenda, with many editing and synchronization functions, including an expenses section, a list of belongings (which sends reminders to the other party and thus make sure we receive them to the return), and other relevant information such as the vaccines you need, allergies, blood group or current clothing size.
It also has a feature called “Solo” , if you don’t want to share information with your ex-partner, as well as another with which you can invite grandparents, uncles, caregivers, etc. to download the APP and be synchronized with you.
MiTribu
This application is also free and incorporates a shared calendar that helps to facilitate the management of a shared custody in a very easy way thanks to its practical and intuitive design. You can customize it with all the functionalities that suit your needs and it includes a chat to communicate independently to other applications such as WhatsApp . One feature that I find very useful is that you can also manage it from the computer.
Custody App
This free application has multiple functions with which you can organize the day to day and plan the time with your children in the long term, such as the visiting schedule, weekly, weekend, every week or holiday periods.
It also has a section for controlling payments and income, sending notifications in different ways, and you can also request or accept changes in dates or unplanned events. It can be used by one or both parents.
Our Family Wizard
It is an application with which we can manage schedules, expenses and communication between parents who share custody of their children in a faster way. It includes functionalities such as time organization , refund requests, payments, file sending, exchanges and more.
It offers accounts for parents, children, caregivers and professionals, and we can configure the access levels of each one to family information.
Although it is a paid app, they offer free or discounted subscriptions for parents who cannot afford it.
2Houses
It is a calendar that makes a shared schedule available online, with many editing, adding and synchronization functions. It also includes a section where we can manage all the expenses of each parent.
A very interesting section is the so-called “Custody Diary” , which allows us to share any information, news, images, videos of our activities when we are with the children or even co-parenting appointments.
Unlike the previous ones, it is a paid app (5.99 euros / month).
Cozy Family Organizer
Although this app was not conceived as a tool for separated parents, it is a free application that can work quite well for any type of family. Help coordinate and communicate everyone’s schedules and activities , keep track of shopping lists, manage to-do lists, plan day-to-day activities (like dinner, for example), ahead of time, and keep everyone family on the same page.
