The CX-5 has become a key model for Mazda, accounting for about 19% of the company’s annual sales in Europe. What’s more, with 353,615 units sold this year worldwide, it has become the brand’s best-selling car . For this reason, and to continue reaping success, they have decided to increase the current range of this SUV with the new Newground, Homura and Signature finishes; joining the already known Origin, Evolution and Zenith.

These are three new trim levels with subtle differences that define very different personalities. In the case of the Newground version , it stands out for equipping lower front and rear Off Road fenders in silver finish; a tone that is repeated in the lower trims of the doors. The exterior mirrors are black and the front grille offers lime green accents, along with 19-inch black diamond-cut wheels. As far as the interior of this version is concerned, the upholstery is imitation leather with a hexagonal pattern and lime green stitching, a tone that is also present in the air conditioning outlets.

For its part, the Homura version has a wing-shaped front grille with a sporty gloss black finish. The black hue also extends to the lower sections of the bumpers, wheel arches, door trims and exterior mirrors, giving the bodywork a more athletic and dynamic appearance. Also, the 19-inch alloy wheels are finished in metallic black and the front grille features red accent notes. In the cabin, the black imitation leather seats stand out, the steering wheel, the gear knob and the door panels are decorated with red stitching. The central part of the seats is made of ‘Gran Luxe’ synthetic suede and is also finished with red stitching.
