This is the order of recovery: Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland and Denmark . At the bottom of the list are the United States and Israel. Both countries started the vaccination process very quickly, but have slowed down over the months. In the US, only 56% of the population has the complete vaccine schedule.
