seil-bag If you like cycling but don’t feel completely safe pedaling around the city at rush hour, the SEIL Bag (acronym for Safe Enjoy Interact Light ) backpack may be your solution. Designed by Lee Myung Su Design Lab (Korea), this concept backpack incorporates an LED device that shows on the driver’s back if they are about to turn right or left, if they stop (STOP) or if there is an emergency. And all without taking your hands off the handlebars, since the light messages are controlled through a wireless device the size of a bell that is very comfortable to handle.

The invention has been honored at the Red Dot Design Awards 2010 .
