If the Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder was previously a member of the team, he now seems to be much more relaxed: In Bavaria, compulsory vaccination for nursing staff should not come into force in mid-March, which Marco Buschmann, Federal Minister of Justice of the FDP at Maybrit Illner on ZDF, said statement: “When rulers choose which laws they abide by, tyranny is not far off.”
Laws apply to everyone, not just to those who feel like it, emphasized Buschmann, which only elicited a weary smile from the Bavarian Health Minister Klaus Holetschek from the CSU. Bavaria is by no means reluctant in principle, but only poses the question of whether the laws can be implemented.

Maybrit Illner (ZDF): Stephan Weil talks a lot but says little

A true lawyer, he emphasized that it was not freedom that had to be justified, but rather encroachments on fundamental rights. After the Prime Ministers’ Conference on March 19, the current measures could perhaps be dropped.
Maybrit Illner (ZDF): What is different in Denmark than in Germany
Everything is different in Denmark. Despite an incidence of 5000, measures are being reduced. The Danish political scientist Lykke Friis explained why this is possible with Maybrit Illner on ZDF: Digitization helps, the data situation is clearer, more people have been vaccinated.
