Gresini Racing was the first of the twelve World Championship teams to raise the curtain on the 2022 season. After disassociating itself from Aprilia, the team commanded by Nadia Padovani is independent and is preparing to show fans the Ducatis with which they will seek to reach the highest on the podium.
Northern Italy was the stage selected to see, for the first time in 2022, Enea Bastianini and Fabio Di Giannantonio on the prototypes that will represent the team during the race weekends. The two Desmosedici GP21 will accompany both drivers during the 2022 season, which will start on March 6 during the Qatar Grand Prix .

The Gresini Racing riders for the 2022 MotoGP season: Italian duo
Fabio Di Giannantonio will be the rookie of the satellite team and Enea Bastianini will compete in his second year in the premier class, a season in which he hopes to give 100% and add more podiums to the two achieved last season.
Before the Qatar event, Bastianini and Di Giannantonio will attend the official pre-season tests , scheduled for the first week of February in Sepang and from 11 to 13 of the same month at the new Mandalika circuit.
