The series “At the attack – the power of hurt” – to be seen on Tuesday from 9.45 pm on ZDFneo – approaches the soul life of the six protagonists and shows from different perspectives how they get into a spiral of frustration and anger.
The series by director Umut Dağ is based on the non-fiction book “Die Macht der Kränkung” by the Austrian psychiatrist Reinhard Haller. Based on this model, author Agnes Pluch wrote a script in which she lets the paths of six people cross. Their fates are interwoven. “Everyone offends in the course of his life, everyone is offended and is offended. What offends, however, is very individual, and whoever offends often does so unconsciously. Nevertheless, small personal injuries are often the beginning of major disasters, ”said Pluch in the ZDF interview about the basic topic.
Actress Julia Koschitz takes on the role of the successful Mira: Her nerves are also soon on edge. She has an affair with her boss, who puts obstacles in her way professionally – he even sells a product she has developed as his own. And then there are old, unsolved conflicts with her mother. Mira is very intelligent and disciplined, works hard and then fails in the male world of her workplace, says Koschitz about her role. At the side of Koschitz, TV star Lara Mandoki plays the young Bettina, a young professional as a lawyer who works in a reinsurance company and has to defend herself against sexual harassment. “She is quickly at the mercy of the machinations of the group, and like many others is offended and injured there.
