The actress was injured on the "Black Panther" set. But it doesn't seem too bad for them. She was released immediately on the day she was admitted to the hospital.
Los Angeles – Actress Letitia Wright sustained injuries while filming the "Black Panther" sequel, according to media reports.
The 27-year-old was slightly injured in a stunt and was temporarily hospitalized, said a Marvel spokesman for the US broadcaster CBS and the industry portal “Variety”. According to CBS and Entertainment Weekly, Wright was able to leave the hospital on Wednesday, the day of the accident.
Wright plays Shuri in "Black Panther", the little sister of the king's son T'Challa in the fictional, technologically highly developed African state of Wakanda. Other actors in the sci-fi superhero film from the Marvel cosmos are Daniel Kaluuya, Lupita Nyong'o and Angela Bassett. Chadwick Boseman, who played T'Challa in the original film, died of cancer about a year ago, but the sequel was held on. “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” is slated to hit theaters in 2022. dpa
