The UWC Atlantic College in Llantwit Major, Wales, has been the new home of Crown Princess Leonor * for several months. Until she graduated from high school, she will go to school there and therefore only attend appointments in the service of the Krone during holidays or on special occasions in her Spanish homeland.
Princess Alexia of the Netherlands (16) has also been attending boarding school since last year. The daughter of King Willem-Alexander * (54) and Queen Máxima * (50) recently hit the headlines because of spicy party photos * that were taken at a school event. News and information from Wales about Leonor have so far been limited. As it has now become known, however, the daughter of King Felipe * and Queen Letizia * should like it at college at least as much as Alexia. Not least because of a very specific schoolmate.

As reported by Semana magazine, the 16-year-old is said to have fallen in love with a classmate. A fellow student has divulged the secret, it is said. The chosen one of the future Spanish queen is said to be “tall, slim and very good-looking” and “come from abroad”, Semana quotes the unspecified source. So far, however, nothing more is known about the young man. Long ago, Caras magazine claimed that Crown Princess Leonor * had fallen seriously in love for the first time. However, further details did not follow at the time and the rumors fizzled out. How will the story continue this time?
Incidentally, Leonor is not the only heir to the throne who is supposed to float in seventh heaven.
