The coronavirus pandemic in Andalusia continues its course with infections stabilized for weeks and a reference rate that rises a few tenths for the ninth consecutive day. This autonomous community experienced a rapid decline that led the rate to experience more than 20 days in decline, after a stabilization it rises again slightly with infections that do not move and some provinces have received the best possible news, that none of their inhabitants die as a result of this virus.

The number of new coronavirus cases remains stagnant over a thousand. Every day about a thousand people receive a positive PCR that indicates that the virus has reached their lives. Contagions have been at levels that move around this figure for weeks, slight upward and downward variations keep this indicator unperturbed.
The 1,499 cases this Friday are counted after the 1,639 on Thursday, the 1,492 on Wednesday, the 1,293 on Tuesday, the 1,397 on Monday and Sunday, the 1,595 on Saturday and the 1,497 on last Friday. By provinces, Seville is once again the one with the most positives with 372, followed by Malaga with 265, Granada with 195, Cádiz with 175, Huelva and Jaén with 148, Córdoba with 144 and Almería with 52.
For the ninth consecutive day, the cumulative incidence rate in Andalusia has risen and stands at 183.4 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days, 1.8 points more in one day and 16.5 more than last Friday. A slight ascent that is adding little by little while waiting for it to descend again as in previous days.

The pandemic has cost 14 lives in Andalusia on Friday . The worst side of this virus, the people who can’t get over it. On this day there have been five deaths, two in Malaga, one in Córdoba, one in Jaén and one in Seville. The IECA has corrected the death toll in Granada, which is the missing number, to reach 14 total. Some provinces remain without deaths for another day, the objective pursued throughout the community.
Andalusia has registered this Friday, June 4, a drop in hospitalized patients to 759 , down to 35 less in 24 hours and 59 less than seven days ago. Those admitted to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) have also fallen to 187, 13 less than the day before and 31 less than last Friday.
