Health Minister Spahn (CDU) is planning stronger controls of 3G certificates
Update from September 23, 6.30 p.m.: Health Minister Jens Spahn wants to introduce stronger controls of 3G evidence if additional corona rules only apply to those who have been vaccinated, recovered and tested. Compared to the news portal Watson , the CDU politician said that more mandatory checks, even in Germany, could convince one or the other to get vaccinated. “During my short visit to Rome to the meeting of the health ministers of the G20 countries, I was checked more often on one day than here in two weeks,” said Spahn.
With regard to the coming autumn and winter, the federal and state governments have agreed that the 3G rule should apply in certain indoor spaces such as restaurants or at events. According to this rule, only those who have been completely vaccinated, those who have recovered or who have currently tested negative should have access. The obligation to provide evidence applies to all three groups of people.

According to this, especially pupils from the Bergwinkel elementary school in Schlüchtern are affected. The private radio broadcaster Hit Radio FFH reported on the corona outbreak.
A mask requirement and daily quick tests were ordered at all schools that are served by the bus line. “Until the process around this bus trip has been completely processed, the company will not be in action,” said the district spokesman. In the past two weeks, the incidence has decreased. According to the RKI, a clear decline can be observed particularly in the western federal states.

RKI: Corona hospitalization incidence at 1.65
The RKI gives the hospitalization incidence on Wednesday at 1.65. A weekly or monthly comparison is not possible due to the high number of late registrations. A nationwide threshold value from when the situation can be viewed critically is not provided for the incidence of hospitalization, among other things because of large regional differences. The previous high was around 15.5 around Christmas time.
There are 1495 Covid 19 patients in intensive care units in Germany. 827 of them have to be artificially ventilated. This can be seen from the data in the DIVI intensive care register (as of September 23, 6:38 a.m.). A year ago, 289 corona patients had to undergo intensive care in a clinic.
Corona in Germany – When will “Freedom Day” come for schools?
According to the German Teachers’ Association, children, young people and teachers will have to cope with restrictions such as masks, tests and distance rules for months. “Freedom Day” for schools is seen as likely and possible from around February 2022 at the earliest, said the President of the German Teachers’ Association, Heinz-Peter Meidinger, of the German Press Agency.
Schools are still a long way from normality like before Corona. “Testing, keeping your distance and the interruption caused by constant ventilation continue to take up too much space,” said VBE chairman Udo Beckmann of the dpa.
Dario Schramm, the general secretary of the Federal Schoolchildren Conference, now sees much more normality in schools than before the summer holidays. “It is still a Corona school year so far.” He also expressed the fear that pupils will be freezing in the classroom with hats, scarfs and winter jackets again this autumn and winter because of the ventilation requirements and the lack of ventilation systems.
