Countries where the use of a mask is no longer mandatory

It seems that little by little we begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This week Fernando Simón has assured in a press conference that the use of the mask in outdoor spaces could become mandatory in “not many days.” Opinions are divided in the scientific community: some experts consider it to be premature, while others believe that the time has come to return to normality. But, what is the situation in other countries regarding the use of the mask? In Spain, the mandatory use of the mask was implemented a year ago. For example, in California its use is mandatory indoors and outdoors. As of June, it will only be required in closed spaces; instead, Mississippi or Texas decided to eliminate this measure prematurely. In addition, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention states that people who have received the full schedule of the vaccine can stop using the mask, even if they cannot maintain a safe distance. A few days ago we talked about Walmart, the first supermarket chain that allows vaccinated customers and employees not to use the mask.
