Berlin – He is one of the most successful chefs and cookbook authors of our time: Yotam Ottolenghi. After all, the 52-year-old doesn't just have several restaurants and specialty shops in London. With his cookbooks in particular, he enjoys cult status with many people around the world.
His recipes, his ideas – all seem to hit a certain nerve. While Ottolenghi, who was born in Jerusalem, was once known for his columns in the British Guardian, he has now published several cookbooks. Now a documentary about him is coming to the cinemas and providing insights into his work.
