Berlin – Stefanie Giesinger is one of the people on Instagram who uses her reach of over 4.3 million followers to campaign for Ukraine. The former winner of “Germany’s Next Top Model” (2014) publishes donation links and information, among other things. At the Berlin Fashion Week that is currently taking place, “Très Click” asked her: “If you had ten minutes with Putin, what would you like to say to him?” – The answer was clear, as reported by tz.de.

Stefanie Giesinger obviously finds it difficult to answer calmly. “I don’t think I would be able to be in the same room with Putin for ten minutes. I’m so angry and just so loaded,” Giesinger admits.
Stefanie Giesinger continues with a clear statement: “I have never wished death on a man like that. And even if that probably sounds very harsh, I don’t think there is anything else that would do the man justice.” The top model herself has Russian roots. She says: “We are Russian-Germans and we actually want nothing more than peace – and our friends, our family, our colleagues live in Ukraine.”

Stefanie Giesinger is not alone in her radical opinion. The reporter also asks the question to other people, such as top model colleague Kim Hnizdo (GNTM winner 2016). She says: “I would kill him. If I had ten minutes with Putin, I would kill him. I know it’s not okay. But I think… [..] Some people have no place on a planet like ours, it belongs to it.”
An Instagram post by Cathy Hummels regarding the situation in Ukraine, on the other hand, caused a lot of discussion on the internet. Sam Dylan railed against Hummels and asked, “How can you?”. Hummels later deleted her post.
