Guaidó appoints his government team with Leopoldo López as general coordinator

Juan Guaidó, president of the National Assembly of Venezuela, has announced the members of the cabinet that he has designed and that, under the name of Center of Government, aspires to exercise legitimate administrative tasks against the "usurpation" represented by the regime of the tyrant Nicolás Maduro. "The usurpation has lasted much longer than we would like, even longer than we can humanly bear," Guaidó lamented, during an appearance in which he confirmed that the opposition leader Leopoldo López, currently taking refuge in the The Spanish Embassy in Caracas will be the "general coordinator" of the new Government Center. Julio Borges, the current Guaidó representative to the Lima Group and exiled in Colombia, will serve as presidential commissioner for Foreign Relations. Its objective will be to "international pressure" and coordinate the work of the different representatives abroad, Guaidó explained. This appointment has already been applauded by the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, who considers that Borges "reinforces the international presence of the legitimate Government of Venezuela and the diplomatic siege against the dictatorship." The list of appointments is completed by Alejandro Plaz as Commissioner for Economic Development, Humberto Prados as responsible for Human Rights and Attention to Victims and Javier Troconis Asset Management and Recovery at the forefront. Each of the positions will have a deputy and a commission at their service, awaiting new appointments that Guaidó plans to announce in the coming days to maintain the "pressure."
