Only Banco de Bogotá has 300 jobs for young people in digital, commercial and customer service areas, among others.
This month, two financial entities joined the organizations that are looking for new talent. Banco de Bogotá announced the creation of 300 job positions for young people , while Davivienda has 10 new vacancies in the country.

Banco de Bogotá, a subsidiary of Grupo Aval, indicated that it is looking for personnel to support the digital transformation of the entity “to offer more Colombians access to the financial system with innovative products and services.” Along these lines, the vacancies are focused on the following areas:
- Digital and technology (Development, Architecture, Testing, UX / UI, Agile, Product, Analytics
- Digital Marketing, Campaigns, BI)
- Commercial (B2B, B2C, Deepening)
- Customer service
- Financial (Risk, Profitability)
- Operations
- Credit
- Channels
Added to this strategy is the adoption of inclusive sourcing and sourcing mechanisms. According to Isabel Cristina Martínez, vice president of sustainability and corporate services of the organization, this will enable youth ventures to register in the Prospects Directory and become suppliers to Banco de Bogotá .

The entity also pledged to promote the involvement of women in the new positions of technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as to strengthen its “Young talent seedbed”, with which it has trained SENA apprentices since 2000.
